4. API Usage and Limitations
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for:
- Legitimate compliance and risk management purposes
- Integration with your existing KYC/AML systems
- Internal business operations and decision-making
- Providing services to your own customers in compliance with applicable laws
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the API or data
- Use the service to harm, discriminate, or defame individuals or entities
- Circumvent rate limits or authentication mechanisms
- Scrape, crawl, or mirror the entire dataset
- Use the data for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Misrepresent the data as official FATF information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
Data Source and Accuracy
All data is sourced from publicly available FATF publications. While we strive to maintain accuracy and timely updates, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information. Users should:
- Verify critical information with official FATF sources
- Not rely solely on this service for compliance decisions
- Understand that data may have delays or inaccuracies
6. API Keys and Security
- API keys are unique to your account and must not be shared
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
- Notify us immediately at security@fatf-countries.com if your key is compromised
- We may rotate or revoke API keys if we detect abuse or security issues

- No guaranteed response times or phone support
- Priority given to paid plan subscribers
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods

- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your payment method fails
- You exceed rate limits repeatedly
13. Changes to Terms

- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

14. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
- Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
